Owner and lead organizer of House to Home Organizing & Design, Jackie has inspired many friends and family with her keen eye for design and home organization. As a mother and wife, she has had to keep her creative juices flowing, coming up with workable systems to keep the household running smoothly.
Jackie’s 30 years of experience working with children and individuals with physical and mental challenges has proven to be a huge asset when it comes to working with anyone requiring specialized systems to maintain organization. She is a certified Rehabilitation Practitioner and recently has earned certificates of study in Professional Organizing, Chronic Disorganization, Attention Deficit Disorder, Physical Conditions and Challenges and Working with the Elderly,Basic Hording Issues,Understanding the needs of the Chronic Disorganization of Student, Learning Styles and Modalities,Chronically Disorganized Client Administration, Basic Mental Health Conditions and Challenges Affecting the Chronically Disorganizied, ADD Specialist, and Redesign and Home Staging Specialist.
Jackie also is a customized Stained Glass Artist. Her work can be seen at St. Michael’s Care Centre in Lethbridge Alberta, Assumption School/Lethbridge Alberta, and of course her own home.
Her desire to have a warm and inviting place to live is a result of her home being an inspiration to many. Jackie gives her Mother most of the credit for inspiring her to keep things organized. “Giving every item a home” is a motto that has been instilled in Jackie since she was a little girl. “Growing up, we always knew where things were in our home and I feel this helped to create a secure and safe place to live as a child’, says Jackie.
Yes.....this is Peter Walsh, bestselling author of "It's All Too Much" and "Does This Clutter Make My Butt Look Fat". He is the host of the organizing show on HGTV "Clean Sweep" and is a regular guest on the Oprah Show. Jackie met Peter in April 2008 at the NAPO Conference in Reno Nevada. |
